Class Descriptions:
Hatha - A combination of yoga postures from various systems to create balance for the mind, body and spirit.
Iyengar - A system of yoga emphasizing precision, sequence and subtlety. Postures may be held for more extended periods of time, allowing an intensive investigation of the deeper layers of practice.
Vinyasa - Series of postures that flow one into the other are the focus of this exhilarating practice, cultivating strength, stamina and the breath.
Restorative - Supported postures that are held for a longer period of time using blankets, bolsters, chairs, etc. which allows the body and nervous system to deeply relax.
Pre-Natal - A practice designed to support the most healthy and comfortable pregnancy possible.
Yoga For Kids Ages 5 & up - A fun exploration to help develop excellent posture and balance while building self-confidence.
Mat Pilates - Develop core muscle strength with floor exercises to improve posture and balance.
