Pilates Ball Madness- Do you pass by the exercise balls at the gym or have one at home but don't know how to use it? This class is for YOU! Learn a series of Pilates exercises utilizing the stability ball for a fun and challenging full-body workout. The foam roller is another amazing piece of equipment to stretch, strengthen, massage your muscles, improve balance and build core strength in just minutes! All levels welcome, equipment provided!
Pilates with Toys- Change up your routine with this Pilates-based mat workout using various equipment (toning ring, weighted balls, resistance band, foam roller, light hand weights) to help you lose weight, build lean muscle tone, improve posture and flexibility. Class ends with 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation. All levels welcome. Equipment provided, an hour and 10 minutes duration. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up.
Dance Movement (NIA)-
A dynamic fitness class that leaves you feeling recharged and blissfully alive! Known as the "Love Your Body Workout" Nia blends dance, martial arts and healing arts to allow your inner child, athlete, warrior, dancer and guru to expressively emerge.
Individual Yoga Instruction (by appointment) - A practice designed for the individual needs of the student.
