Class Descriptions: 

Hatha - A combination of yoga postures from various systems to create balance for the mind, body and spirit.

Iyengar - A system of yoga emphasizing precision, sequence and subtlety. Postures may be held for more extended periods of time, allowing an intensive investigation of the deeper layers of practice. 

Vinyasa - Series of postures that flow one into the other are the focus of this exhilarating practice, cultivating strength, stamina and the breath. 

Restorative - Supported postures that are held for a longer period of time using blankets, bolsters, chairs, etc. which allows the body and nervous system to deeply relax. 

Pre-Natal - A practice designed to support the most healthy and comfortable pregnancy possible. 

Yoga For Kids Ages 5 & up - A fun exploration to help develop excellent posture and balance while building self-confidence. 

Mat Pilates - Develop core muscle strength with floor exercises to improve posture and balance.


Pilates Ball & Roller Madness- 
Do you pass by the exercise balls at the gym or have one at home but don't know how to use it? This class is for YOU! 
Learn a series of Pilates exercises utilizing the stability ball for a fun and challenging full-body workout. The foam roller is another amazing piece of equipment to stretch, strengthen, massage your muscles, improve balance and build core strength in just minutes! All levels welcome, equipment provided! 

Pilates Ring and Band Workout- Build lean muscle tone, slim your waist line and stretch your body using the Pilates ring and flex-band. This equipment is perfect for those who want to workout while traveling! All levels welcome, equipment provided. 

Pilates with Toys- Change up your routine with this Pilates-based mat workout using various equipment (toning ring, weighted balls, resistance band, foam roller, light hand weights) to help you lose weight, build lean muscle tone, improve posture and flexibility. Class ends with 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation. All levels welcome. Equipment provided, an hour and 10 minutes duration. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up.


Dance Movement (NIA)- Sweat and move to simple dance sequences taught to inspiring music. 

Individual Yoga Instruction (by appointment) - A practice designed for the individual needs of the student.
