Yoga is for Everyone
Flexibility is NOT a requirement for yoga! Yoga is right for you in whatever shape you are today. Strength, flexibility, balance, confidence, and peace of mind all come with the regular practice of yoga. We happily welcome students of all ages and abilities. If you have a physical challenge, you may discuss it with your teacher before class.
Your First Class & What to Expect
You may simply drop in to your first class; no reservations are required at Claremont Yoga. Plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time so you can sign in, become familiar with the studio. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably and come on an empty stomach. Please bring your own yoga mat – the rest of the props are provided at the studio. We practice barefoot.

Wednesday, 4:00 PM - All Levels Iyengar Yoga
Friday, 4:30 PM - Yoga Basics

Tuesday/Thursday, 10:00 AM - Beg/Int. Yoga
Wednesday, 10:00 AM - Beginning Vinyasa Flow
Saturday, 10:00 AM - All Levels Vinyasa Flow
