Jyoti Mehta, Kriya Yoga Teacher, has been practicing various traditions of meditation for the last 15 years. She has studied Indian Philosophy and Spirituality with Debashish Banerji of the University of Philosophical Research, L.A. and at the International Centre for Integral Studies, New Delhi. Jyoti brings unique strengths to her meditation practice and teaching. She is a scientist with a degree in Biotechnology from University of Leeds and experience as a researcher in Molecular Biology at the University of Cambridge, U.K.
