Yoga Nidra is a special relaxation technique which has a deep effect on the body, the subtle energies and the mind. It is an ancient but little known yogic practice that's becoming increasingly popular as a mind-body therapy.
Yoga Nidra is the art of deep relaxation. In this state of consciousness, the body is asleep but the mind is fully awake and active in the healing process. This practice can restore the proper flow of energy throughout the body and allows the body and mind to heal themselves.
Practitioners are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow for comfort while laying down for the session. Please arrive early as no late entry will be allowed.
