Alison’s classes follow the teachings of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. They incorporate a range of exercises from lively warm-ups and deep stretching to heart-centered meditations, breath work, and chanting. Her teaching is grounded in the notion that yoga should be accessible to all, and that its purpose is to better enable us to connect to ourselves and each other in our wholeness. With a playful combination of warmth and soul, Alison’s passion is to help you experience this for yourself in a comfortable environment that both challenges and inspires.
