Yoga aims to balance the body, breath, and mind through physical postures making it possible to sit comfortably in meditation.
There will be an introduction to some famous Ayurvedic methods for keeping healthy, and for treating those with a disease.
During the last part of this session, Lynn will guide participants in Yoga Nidra Meditation, which will provide deep relaxation by systematically de-stressing the body and mind.
Lynn Hasel, RYT 500, is a Certified Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner, who earned her Ayurvedic certificate from the American University of Complementary Medicine in Beverly Hills, California, which included one-month on-site training at Panchakarma centers in Southern India. Lynn divides her time living in California and Minnesota and teaches slow-moving yoga and meditation classes in both locations.
