Six Week Yoga 1/2 Course with Deborah Conow

School is out and the yoga mat beckons! This series of classes focuses on alignment of poses with the support of props including the wall, ropes, blocks, and household objects as needed. Explore flexibility, stability, and balance ­ both physical and mental ­ by analyzing and experimenting with sense of direction and center of gravity. Begin or deepen a practice that you can take with you on your August vacation and back home again!
