Six­ Week Restorative Yoga Course: Developing a Home Practice to Prepare for Rest with Deborah Conow

Wednesdays June 21 ­- July 26, 2017 from  7:30 - ­8:45 pm

This six week course orients students toward a restful practice in preparation for sleep. It includes a combination of supported poses to stretch and balance the body, focus on the breath to ease and calm the mind, and meditation to guide the mind and body toward equanimity and repose.
