Whether your going through puberty, just had a baby or going into your second spring(menopause) we, as women, experience hormonal fluctuations throughout our lives.
In this workshop we will go over some yoga poses that can help with hormone related symptoms such as fatique, insomnia, and mood swings. We will also talk about how certain herbal teas nourish, strengthen and rebuild the kidneys and adrenals. We will learn how to make these teas and sample some.
Juanita is a prenatal yoga teacher and Birth Dula who was able to experience the benefits of yoga through her own pregnancy and labor. She has combined her experience, teaching prenatal yoga and being a Dula to help women through this amazing rite of passage.
