Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experiences, allowing consciousness to function at a heightened level of awareness. Yoga Nidra is a practice accessible to everyone that focuses on cultivating multiple levels of wellbeing. Whether we are looking to calm the nervous system to reduce stress and anxiety or remove unwanted habits and tendencies. When practiced with consistency and awareness, our true nature and integrity manifest, enabling us to live meaningful and peaceful lives in any environment.
