Meditation, Breath Work, and Mindfulness class facilitator or for those seeking to enhance their personal knowledge and strengthen your current practice. In this 5 month, 100 hours course, students will learn how to deepen their personal practice and teach to various populations, such as, schools, current work environment, medical industries, mental health providers, social workers, non-profits, yoga studios, private clients, and much more. 

Note: The training can be adapted to whatever population you aspire to help start and maintain the meditation, mindfulness and breathing practices. 

If you are not interested in becoming a meditation teacher and are looking into deepening your Meditation, Breath Work and Mindfulness knowledge and practice, this course is suitable and suggested for you as well.
