Yoga Conditioning: Workshop & Workout with Joe Pace

Refine and redefine your approach to strength building and mobility with simple techniques and personalized guidance.

Blending principles of formal 'strength and conditioning' and 'yoga asana', you will develop a deeper understanding of functional movement to help you resolve pain, prevent injury, and develop lasting strength and mobility.

After a one-hour workshop you will apply the principles you learned in a deep and rich workout, ingraining and experiencing the workshop material.
