New CANDLELIGHT yoga class offers restorative/yin/self-care meditative practice. It focuses on holding gentle poses for several minutes to stretch the deep connective tissues in the body in order to regulate the flow of energy. The movements are slow, the music is soft, and you can really unwind at the end of the day in a way that feeds your body, mind, and soul.
Come join Anna and learn to be gentle to yourself, take time to find your center and gain the peace of mind. Move steadily through yoga postures in an ambient candlelit setting, stretching the body and relaxing the mind. The perfect way to end a weeknight.
