An overall body workout that targets the abs, legs, and butt....it incorporates cardio along with strength and balance exercises.
Gwen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Her fitness journey started as a young girl with dance, gymnastics and sports.
Gwen has worked as a fitness instructor and trainer at several locations. She currently works for the City of Chino, Pomona College and private studios.
A few years ago, She resigned from her corporate job of 15 years to pursue her love of helping others feel good about themselves through exercise and dance. As a result, she founded Treasured Footsteps, a fitness and wellness community for women located in Chino.
Gwen teaches a variety of exercise formats ranging from cardio to strength to Pilates Mat inspired classes.
