YOUR FIRST CLASS & WHAT TO EXPECT

You may simply drop in to your first class; no reservations are required at Claremont Yoga. Plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time so you can sign in and become familiar with the studio. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably and come on an empty stomach. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, if not, we have mats to rent – the rest of the props are provided at the studio. We practice barefoot.

WHICH CLASS SHOULD I CHOOSE?

We offer a variety of styles and levels of yoga classes. If you have never done yoga, start with beginning level classes. Find a time that works for you and sign-up online or drop-in.

Take up to 8 classes within 2 weeks. Must live locally (within 30 miles). Drop-in to most classes. No reservations required.
