After serving our community for over eight years, Claremont Yoga is proud to offer our Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Teacher Training Program. Our course offers students a strong foundation from which to share their love of yoga competently and confidently, through in-depth study and guidance. 

This is a 10-session, weekend training to deepen your practice and certify you to teach Yoga with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

We are honored to serve the local communities of Claremont,   La Verne, Mt. Baldy, Pomona, San Dimas, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Glendora, Alta Loma, Chino and the Inland Empire. 

 

 We have two yoga studios and offer a variety of classes 7 days a week - Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Restorative, Prenatal, Kids, Power, Pilates Mat, and other styles of Hatha Yoga - for Beginners to Advanced Levels.

Marie Jean has been teaching Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep”, for over 15 years, and has a gift at guiding students into a very deep, healing state of relaxation. Unwind and rejuvenate yourself. Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness, healing and clarity, Yoga Nidra one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight.

BABY + ME YOGA

Whether you are a new mama or a seasoned mama, Baby & Me is a perfect way to connect not only with your baby but other mamas. This class will be a reason to get out of the house and put a pause on your to-do list. Not only will you break a little sweat, but baby will have the chance to be exposed to new stimuli and you will both have fun at the same time. Babies will be on their backs, tummies, or in your arms while you strengthen your arms, legs, and core. We will also focus on common problematic areas such as the neck and shoulders from feeding and holding your baby. Join me for a class where you feel comfortable if baby starts crying and gain the support from a fellow mamas.

TODDLER + ME YOGA

Bring your toddler in to experience simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. This class is a fun flowing class that provides bonding experiences between parent and toddler, while strengthening their growing muscles.
