Stretch your body and your mind through a pairing of asanas and writing prompts designed to help you access your creative flow. Even if you don't consider yourself a writer, artistic journaling can liberate your imaginative fire, energize your creativity, and help you unblock a unique, fresh, and fiercely authentic voice. Come join us for an evening of movement, bring your own journal and a mat.

 We have two yoga studios and offer a variety of classes 7 days a week - Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Restorative, Prenatal, Kids, Power, Pilates Mat, and other styles of Hatha Yoga - for Beginners to Advanced Levels.

Experience essential oils first-hand aromatically, topically and even internally in ways to improve our physical and emotional health.

After serving our community for over eight years, Claremont Yoga is proud to offer our Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Teacher Training Program. Our course offers students a strong foundation from which to share their love of yoga competently and confidently, through in-depth study and guidance. 

This is a 10-session, weekend training to deepen your practice and certify you to teach Yoga with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

A system of hatha yoga named after the living yoga teacher, B.K.S Iyengar. Detailed instruction is given to the alignment of the yoga postures, which may be held for longer periods of time. An excellent class for beginning to advanced students.
