Marta has studied extensively with senior Iyengar teachers Laurie Blakeney and Manouso Manos, and spent a month at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India, in 2008


This is a fun movement class that teaches yoga poses to help develop your child's coordination, focus and balance. Tuesdays (4-6 yrs) - 3:00-3:45pm

Thursdays (7-10 yrs) - 3:00-3:45pm
(Toddler 1-3 and Parents) -10:45-11:30 am

Class is designed to create an environment where you can connect with your baby, and get a fantastic work out that is safe, effective for labor, and postpartum. Techniques include: Yoga Postures (Stretching, Strengthening, and Endurance) Breathing, Deep Relaxation, Manta and Restorative. Therapeutic practice for milk production,and pelvic strengthening for pre and postpartum.
