Iyengar Specialty Class

99 (or so) ways to use a yoga chair
Sunday, September 21 - 8:30-10:15 am with Marta Jasberg cost: $25 or 2 classes from your pass

The yoga chair is one of our most versatile and useful props. The support of the chair provides stability to allow the practitioner to work deeper, and to develop more understanding of alignment and correct action in the poses. Standing poses, forward extensions, backbends, inversions, twists, and restorative poses will be explored in creative ways in this unique class.

This class is for all levels. Beginners are welcome. All poses can be modified for limitations.

Yoga Teacher Training and Advanced Studies 
This is a 10-session, weekend training beginning in October to deepen your practice and certify you to teach Yoga with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

After serving our community for over seven years, Claremont Yoga is proud to announce this inaugural teacher training program. Our course will offer students a strong foundation from which to share their love of yoga competently and confidently, through in-depth study and guidance. 

The course is designed to fit into an active schedule, with plenty of time for practice, study, and reflection. We
will meet primarily one weekend a month, 
9am - 6:30pm Saturdays and Sundays.
