Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where floor-based poses are held for 3–5 minutes or more. Unlike more active yang styles, Yin targets the fascia, joints, and connective tissues through stillness and sustained holds. This meditative approach helps to calm the nervous system, release deep tension, and reconnect you with your inner self.
In this workshop, you’ll explore:

    • The 3 Principles of Yin

    • The difference between Yin and Restorative Yoga

    • How to navigate tension vs. compression in poses

    • Anchors to hold a pose and variations for your body
