Settle into stillness and let your body unwind as we move through gentle Yin poses held long enough to explore sensation and release tension. In the second half of class, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice that encourages deep relaxation and inner calm. This class is for anyone ready to slow down, reconnect with their body, and move into the weekend feeling grounded and clear.
