  Ready to go deeper with Yin?
This Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed to give you the tools and confidence to skillfully guide a Yin class. Open to yoga teachers and dedicated students.

 Upon completion, participants will be able to confidently teach a Yin Yoga class. This program is open to both yoga teachers and dedicated students.

 Program Details

Format:

• 6 hours in-person instruction & discussion (4 sessions)1 hour observation

• 3 Yin Yoga classes with me (included in tuition)

• 5 hours at-home coursework

• Assessment: Written test + 30-minute teaching demonstration

• Total Hours: 15

• Cost: $650 (includes 3 Yin Yoga classes)

Completion Requirements:

• Attend all in-person sessions and observation

• Complete at-home assignments

• Attend 3 Yin Yoga classes

• Pass written test and teaching demo

Prerequisite: Students must first complete the Introduction to Yin Yoga Workshop. They can contact me directly, and I will host one prior to the program’s start date.
