Our COVID-19 Policy

We have adopted social distancing policies to slow the spread of the coronavirus and to prioritize the well-being of our community. During this time, we must work together to stay healthy and in order to maintain a safe yoga practice.

Please read these guidelines thoroughly before coming to practice with us.

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival to your first class, every client must sign a waiver form acknowledging practicing and being in our space at their own liability/risk.


The Details

We will operate at 50% capacity to accommodate 20 students per class to ensure 3ft space in between we will use mat placement, until further notice.

  • Due to Limited Capacity Classes, we recommend that students register & pre-book any class on MindBody before coming to the studio for class. 

  • Be patient and kind in our check-in areas and honor the space of those around you.


Stay Home

Stay home if you exhibit cold, allergy, or flu-like symptoms: rising temperature, fever, sneezing, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, unusual muscle pain, the new loss of taste or smell.

  • If you have pre-existing conditions or compromised immune systems.

  • If you are uncomfortable within a group of 10 or more. 


Class Sign Up

Set up your mindbodyonline.com profile before coming to the studio

  • Class Booking: Please try to pre-book your classes online prior to coming to the studio to avoid minimal contact.

  • Class Payments: We suggest making all payments online prior to coming to the studio to reduce checking time and minimize the surfaces that are touched by multiple people (with exception of retail items).

  • Claremont Yoga offers private classes and for one-on-one, groups of 2-4 and up to 10 students. Call or email us for more information.


Studio Arrival

Indoor Check-in at desk or with teacher.

  • The studio will open 20 minutes prior to class. Enter and exit classes in a timely manner in order for extra cleaning time for staff.

  • Come dressed and ready for class in order to limit the time spent in bathrooms.


During Class

Teachers will NOT be providing hands-on adjustments at this time and our skilled teachers will guide you through class safety with verbal cues. 

  • It is required to wear a mask in class.

  • We have an air purifier.

  • Students will be 3 feet apart and the door/window will be open for fresh air.


Personal Belongings

Please bring only minimum belongings (keys + shoes only), in order to quickly enter and exit studios and lobbies. Leave purses, bags, or extra "stuff" in the trunk of your car or at home.


Props & Mat Rentals

We will mats for rent and have a limited amount of props that will be disinfected for use. However, we suggest bringing your own yoga mat and/or props to practice. We have props to purchase.


Cleaning

Wipe down your mat area with our designated sanitizer spray.

  • We have 15 min between classes to carefully turn over the prior to the following class.

  • We will clean and sanitize between each class.

  • Weekly deep cleaning will take place.


Lost & Found

Claremont Yoga is not responsible for any personal items left behind. All items will be removed on a regular basis to keep spaces clean and disinfected.
