As a Certified | Licensed Massage Therapist, a Registered Nurse, Astrologer and Kundalini Yoga teacher, I enjoy bridging the gap between Western medicine and the complementary & alternative approaches. I provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere, in which clients can experience the benefits of massage therapy, sound current and healing breath.

Meet: Charlotte O’Donnell, Reiki Master Teacher
Charlotte is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing. As a lifelong intuitive with over 30 years of dedicated practice, she weaves these modalities together to create nurturing spaces for healing, connection, and self-discovery. Guided to Reiki through her own journey with grief, Charlotte completed her Reiki Master Teacher training in 2012. Since then, she has supported individuals through many seasons of life, including pregnancy, cancer treatment, hospital and NICU care, and hospice care.
Today, Charlotte offers one-on-one Reiki, Crystal + Reiki + Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra + Reiki, and a variety of workshops designed to support deep rest, energetic balance, and personal growth.
