The Womb Palace: Earth, the Season Between All Seasons
We begin in the center. Earth is the season between all seasons, the ground every other
element must dip into before it can pivot into its next iteration. In the body, Earth governs
digestion in the fullest sense: what we ingest, metabolize, and integrate, physically,
emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Earth is also your body itself, the vessel that mirrors
these cosmic movements, and specifically your Womb Palace, where their ebb and flow is
felt.

Silver Edge: Pre-Menstrual Power & the Metal Element
Every month, your body moves through its own Metal season. Pre-menstrual time is the
inner autumn inside the monthly cycle, when what's been building all month asks to be
named, held, or released. In East Asian Medicine, this is when breath and boundary
become your essential tools of protection as you engage in the art of discernment.
Pre-menstrual power is exactly that: an edge, a clarity, a sharpened honesty that shows up
right before the bleed and is too often dismissed as something to manage rather than
something to trust.

Harvest Moon: Autumn Equinox Celebration
Autumn Equinox, also known as Qiu Fen 秋分, the 16th seasonal node of the year, is one of
the year's two true balance points, day and night in equal measure, before the scale tips
fully toward the Yin side of the year. In East Asian Medicine, this moment belongs to the
Metal element, closely connected to our Lungs and Large Intestine, to breath, and to what
we hold onto and what we're ready to release. The Harvest Moon, the full moon nearest this
equinox, has marked this same turning point across earth-based traditions for generations.
