Did you know that up to 80% of adults will experience back pain at some point in their lives? Strengthening and supporting your spine is one of the best ways to reduce risk, improve posture, and move with confidence.
This 3-week Spine Stability Workshop blends functional yoga flows with deeply grounding Yin poses to help you create a stable, resilient spine. Each week builds on the last, offering progressive practices and light, accessible education to help you understand why spinal stability matters—from posture and mobility to long-term back health. You’ll also receive simple take-home practices so you can continue strengthening your spine beyond the studio.
Can’t make all three? Drop-ins are welcome.
