Yoga Therapy for Deep Rest offers students an introduction to therapeutic yoga practices designed to invite deep rest and nervous system regulation.
Workshops will begin with a slow and gentle flow to prepare the body and mind for breathing techniques (Pranayama) and a guided deep relaxation meditation. The guided deep relaxation will take you on a journey through the Panchamaya Kosha System to relax the inner and outer parts of your being. You’ll learn how to shift from “doing” into “being”—supporting your body’s natural capacity for healing and renewal through deep rest.
Whether you're navigating stress, fatigue, anxiety, or simply seeking a quiet space to recharge, this session offers a safe, nurturing environment to reconnect with your inner calm.
Please feel free to bring cozy socks, an eye pillow or eye mask, and your favorite snuggly blanket to help you feel extra supported and comfortable.
