ROLLER WORKSHOP with Monica

Join us for a deep release session designed to help you move and feel better in your body.
We'll use rollers, balls, straps, blocks, and sand bags to learn techniques that target muscle imbalances and improve mobility. Bring your own roller of borrow one of ours. This workshop is open to **everyone**- all levels welcome.
