A Shamanic Sound Bath combines the soothing vibrations of traditional sound healing with ancient shamanic practices. Using gongs, singing bowls, drums, and rattles, the practitioner weaves a rich soundscape that quiets the mind and guides participants into a deep meditative state. This practice supports release, renewal, and a deeper connection to self.
The Autumn Equinox is a sacred transition where light and dark meet in perfect harmony, prompting us to pause and reflect. Through this restorative and intuitive sound healing journey, you are invited to release old energies, align with the rhythm of autumn, and intentionally welcome a season of rebirth.
